Orders in USA:
UPS Ground - 1-5 business days to deliver it. The delivery time is shorter or longer depending on your proximity to California.
UPS Next Day Air Saver - 1 business days to deliver it. The delivery time is shorter or longer depending on your proximity to California.
UPS Second Day Air - 2 business days to deliver it. The delivery time is shorter or longer depending on your proximity to California.
UPS Three Day Select - 3 business days to deliver it. The delivery time is shorter or longer depending on your proximity to California.
USPS Priority – 4-5 business days to deliver it. The delivery time is shorter or longer depending on your proximity to California. USPS is not as reliable as UPS and in some cases it can take longer than 5 business days.
International Orders: are shipped USPS Priority or DHL and delivery times may vary depending on the country. It is usually 6-10 business days, but sometimes it can take 15-20 business days depending on customs.
All shipping times above are shipping travel times and are in business days and excludes holidays and weekends. In addition to the travel shipping times, custom Items will take 3-4 business days for production before leaving the warehouse.

- All orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Mondays-Fridays, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Your shipping and handling cost will automatically compute during checkout.
- You will receive an email notification once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update. (USPS tracking might take a lot longer).
- Regardless of the option you choose upon checkout, all international shipments will be sent via UPS or DHL depending on which is faster and more secure.
- Taking the customer best interest at heart, Break Point FC reserves the right to change the courier which our shipping team deemed best to protect orders and ensure delivery.
- Break Point is not responsible for the shipping, once it is handed over to the selected carrier, the responsibility lies with them. We strongly recommend that our customers do NOT select USPS unless you have to, as it’s not as reliable as UPS.
Our customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may exchange it. (Any order made for an academy is a CUSTOM order. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be exchanged or returned unless damaged).
Please note that our policy only covers unused item(s) that has not been used for training. Item(s) can only be exchanged if it was only used to try on. Wear and tear is not also included in the warranty. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. This policy also exempt cloth masks due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees if you would like to change the size ordered, change of mind etc. Original Shipping and handling and return postage will not be refunded. To process a return, please reference your order number and email us at store@breakpointfc.com so we can send you further instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with the return shipping fees (applicable for damage, defective and incorrect merchandise ONLY). If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Any purchase of Mystery Item will be filled from our warehouse sale inventory and might be a sample design or an older production run. Sizes can be selected but designs will be a surprise. ALL sales are also FINAL and are not covered by our return and exchange policy.

Customer will be informed of any out of stock items in their order via email or call. Any orders that has no update within 48 hours will be auto refund and all available items will be shipped out.
